That's why you should not charge your phone while you sleep
If your body regains seven to eight hours of sleep every day, why not recharge your phone for the rest of your life?
Smartphone batteries often need about two hours to charge, and software stops charging when the battery charge reaches 100%, to prevent damage that overcharging can cause. But this does not prevent the battery from generating heat and negatively impacting battery life.
The Li-ion battery, located in various smart phones, relies on the chemical reactions of its charging, and loses shipping efficiency about 20% over two years of normal use.
One of the factors affecting the charging efficiency is the heat of the battery. A 40-degree-Celsius battery life for a year reduces its capacity to 60% if you charge it up to 100% throughout the year, according to a study. "If you charge it 100% after the year, you will only achieve 60% of its capacity." But the situation changes when the battery is charged between 40% -80%, with low battery efficiency.
So, the best thing is to keep your phone in the charger for a short time, if you want to charge a full shipment, it is advisable to be present immediately after shipping 100% to disconnect the phone, and better to keep your phone charged between 40% -80%. In either case, do not cover the phone with a blanket, pillow or even a heavy infidel during charging, so as not to increase the heat of the battery that affects its life.
