Expect to convert your city into a playground after Google has made its map data available to developers

Google said the change will allow game developers to build virtual worlds based on real-world maps.

Google Maps, Google Maps, is the first destination for almost all Internet users when it comes to navigation and navigation, and even to tourism, and now it seems the turn has come on games.

Although Google has the best data for general mapping, game developers have not been able to access and use that data, even Niantic, formerly owned by Google, could not use map data to exploit it in its famous game, Pokémon Go.

But that will soon change with the introduction of APIs for Google's new gaming maps. Developers will be able to build virtual worlds based on real, vibrant data from Google Maps, so there are three games that take advantage of new features under development.

Instant map data is the backbone of Google's new development tools. This includes access to more than 100 million buildings, roads and three-dimensional teachers from more than 200 countries.

There will also be an SDK for the Unity game engine, allowing designers to reshape the real world and integrate Google Maps into games. Real-world objects will become GameObjects in the Unity engine, so two different games may look exactly the same.

Google announced that it has partnered with three game developers to demonstrate the power of its maps: Jurassic World Alive, The Walking Dead: Our World and Ghostbusters World. These games have been announced previously, but integration with the Maps app is new.
