Samsung may bring Infinity Display Edge curved screens to its mid-range smart phones

The vision of manufacturers retains the best specifications and designs for their leading smartphones is familiar, although this makes a class of consumers feel like they are not within the company's interests. The good news is that Samsung may bring some high-end features to its high-end smartphone line, including the Infinity Edge Display.

According to a recent report from The Investor, which says Samsung plans to bring Infinity Edge Display's curved screens to its mid-range smartphone. Unfortunately, the report did not say which medium smartphones would get the Infinity Edge Display, so we think we will only have to keep up with that in the future.

This is obviously a good news for those who are inclined to gravitate towards medium phones, but there must be a reason behind it. The report claims that this is part of Samsung's efforts to "continue to improve profitability," but a recent report said that Apple decided to reduce the production rate of iPhone X, leaving Samsung with a large number of unused OLED screens.

This means that Samsung may be looking for a way to use the OLED screens that it has produced and perhaps integrate them into its medium-sized smartphones. However, please treat the content of this report with minimal enthusiasm, but we will see if Samsung's upcoming mid-range phones this year will depend on the Infinity Edge Display design or not.
