Google Snapseed is the best in modifying images on smart phones

Google Snapseed provides traditional and sophisticated tools that make it the best image editing application for photography and design professionals, not the average user, and is the closest application to Photoshop CC on the smartphone platform.

The application includes a comprehensive set of traditional editing tools, more sophisticated tools including customizable editing brushes and a range of film filters such as blur lens, retrolux patterns and dual exposure.
