Galaxy S9 achieves an impressive result in performance tests
Less than two weeks ago, Samsung will officially unveil the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ at the MWC 2018 Mobile World Congress, to be held later this month in Barcelona, Spain. Until then, the Galaxy S9 was tested and tested on the Geekbench platform with an impressive result. The phone, which is monitored with the code name SM-G960F and includes the processor Exynos 9810, knowing that he achieved 3648 points in the test of one kernel and 8895 points in the test of multiple cores.
The Geekbench performance test platform also revealed to us that the Galaxy S9 will come preinstalled with the Oreo 8.0 Android system and will have at least 4GB of RAM. For the new Exynos 9810 processor, it has eight cores, and the frequency shown in the performance tests is 1.79 GHz, but this frequency is most likely the nucleus responsible for handling the less complex tasks.
To put things in perspective, the Galaxy Note 8 achieved 6590 points and 6784 points in the multiple kernel test on the Geekbench platform with the Snapdragon 835 and Exynos 8895 processors, respectively. However, it is not possible to compare these results with the Galaxy S9 result observed today due to the fact that the performance testing platform has been updated since then.
