This change is useful for those who want to take a quick look at what the new update brings to the application before pressing the refresh button, and as a confirmation from Google about their commitment to making Android easier and simpler for users.

The "What's New" section will display changes to app updates if the app developer provides this information, and if you do not provide update information, you'll see a message, "No information provided by developer."
