The new version of Gmail will bring with it the "Confidential Mode"
In the past, we've heard many reports that Google is working on a new design for the web version of Gmail. A new report from The Verge has revealed that, in addition to the new design, there may also be some new features that we all look forward to.
Thanks to the popularity of self-destructions on a number of social networks, it seems that Google wants to apply something similar in the new version of the Gmail app in the form of "Confidential Mode ". What this means is that when an email is sent with this status, users will not be able to forward, copy, upload or print it, which is a feature that can be very useful if you're using Google's work email service .
Users can also specify an expiration date for sent emails as well as entering a password option where users can protect e-mails from hackers. Even if your e-mail is open on your computer, some emails will remain protected. Of course, this does not prevent users from taking screen shots or taking a picture of your email, but we assume that this is what they should do now.
These are not new features in themselves, since Microsoft has features similar to Outlook, but it will remain good news and welcome by those who prefer to use Gmail.
