Google fixes the problem of randomly reboot in Google PixelBook
In the past period, many people who purchased the Google PixelBook have had a problem with this device so it randomly restart itself. For some users, this has happened on rare occasions, but for some others it has been every minute or every 10 minutes. This is obviously a very troublesome problem and makes this notebook unusable.
It's not clear how widespread this problem is, but the good news is that Google seems to be working on a solution to this problem in the past. According to Google's support manager, Kevin Kirk, he confirmed that the problem had already been fixed. "We regret the inconvenience. Our engineers have found the cause and have repaired it. Please update to 10323.65.7 on 65 Stable, which will prevent the problem of randomly restarting in the future. "
Google did not disclose in detail why this problem appeared and it appears to be a relatively recent problem dating back to March, but we hope the update has corrected the problem. If you're a Google PixelBook computer owner who has a random restart problem, you'll need to make sure you've updated your operating system to the latest version assuming that the computer will not restart in the middle of the update process.
