4K resolution coming to Chromebook screens
Google is believed to be behind the Atlas computer and may announce it during the Google I / O 2018 Developers Conference.
Chromebooks are designed to perform simple tasks, but they often come with a screen resolution of 2400 x 1600 pixels, a high resolution compared to many Windows 10 computers, but it seems that this accuracy does not convince Google Chrome OS "Chrome OS Launcher for those devices.
The source code for Chromium OS, which is the foundation of the Chrome OS system, revealed that a device named Atlas is coming with a 3840 x 2160 pixel display.
The source code also revealed that Atlas would not support the SD card port, as well as keyboard, trackpad and touch screen information.
The new disclosure is believed to be good in that it confirms that the screen will be 16: 9, which is still the majority of smart phones and laptop screens offer, compared to Google Pixelbook, which comes at 3: 2.
Google is also believed to be behind the Atlas computer and may announce it at the Google I / O 2018 Developers Conference scheduled for next May, or another company is behind the computer.
