Samsung unveils Android Oreo update for Galaxy Note 8

Samsung has not yet disclosed the date for the update of Android 8.0 Oreo of the Galaxy Note 8, but given that the South Korean company has released this update for the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+, it is only a matter of time before the update of the Galaxy Note 8 As well. In line with this, it appears that a formal site of Samsung revealed to us the date of the update of the Android 8.0 Oreo of the Galaxy Note 8, and a number of other Samsung phones.

Güncelmiyiz is a legitimate site owned and managed by the Samsung branch in Turkey. This site is used to provide details about upcoming updates to Samsung devices. The site has recently been updated to tell customers that the update of Android Oreo 8.0 for Galaxy Note 8 is now in the beta phase and from the "planned release" on March 30.

Regardless of the Galaxy Note 8, Samsung also plans to release the Android 5.0 Oreo for the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 Edge on April 13, while planning to release the same update for the Galaxy A3 2017 and Galaxy A5 2017 and Galaxy A7 2017 on the 25th of next May. Samsung will also likely release the Android 5.0 8.0 Oreo update for the Galaxy Tab S3 tablet on May 4. It should be noted that it was not long before we told you that Samsung was already working on the development of Android 8.0 Oreo for the Galaxy S7, Galaxy A5 2017 and Galaxy Tab S3.

As mentioned previously, Güncelmiyiz is a legitimate site located under the ownership of Samsung and serves as a gateway for local updates for users in Turkey so there may be some truth in this information. However, due to the poor record of Samsung when it comes to updates, it is better not to expect the Oreo Android update for these devices mentioned above on the same days mentioned on the site.

With regard to the update of Android 8.0 Oreo of the Galaxy Note 8 in other markets, we can expect to release this tablet phone and other devices a few days or days after its release in Turkey.
