Galaxy A6 and A6+ are monitored on the performance testing platform

The Galaxy A Series series covers a range of smart phone sizes ranging from small phones to large phones. There are the Galaxy A5 and the Galaxy A7, but there is no Galaxy A6. Or is there this phone, because two Samsung phones with the symbolic names SM-A600FN and SM-A605G have recently been spotted on the Geekbench performance test platform.


If Samsung maintains the usual naming system, the two phones will come to the market under the names Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6 in the hope that these names are attached to the launch year to maintain the consistency of things. Regardless of the names, the Galaxy A6 has been tested with the eight-core Exynos 7870 processor we've seen on the Galaxy A3 2017 and on many Galaxy J Series phones. The Galaxy Cortex-A53 is a eight-core processor, -T830 MP1.

Just like the recently released Galaxy J8 2018, the Galaxy A6 uses the Snapdragon 625 processor and the Adreno 505 graphics processor. Moreover, it has 4GB of random memory, while the Galaxy A6 has only about 3GB of RAM. Both phones are already running Android 8.0 Oreo.

As with the Galaxy J8 and the Galaxy J8, the performance of both processors was identical. It's just a matter of having the right modem for the area. The version containing the code name SM-A600FN must be the global version, while the version containing the code name SM-A605G will probably reach South America and other parts of Asia. Do not worry, there should also be the slang version of the SM-A600FN, although the availability may be more limited compared to the other version.

Unlike the Galaxy J8, the new Galaxy A Series should come with Infinity Display. Since we did not get the Galaxy S7 Mini, the Galaxy S8 Mini or the Galaxy S9 Mini, we might eventually get the Galaxy A6
