A new way to quickly share your current location on your iPhone
There are many scenarios where iPhone owners may want to share their site quickly with a friend or family member. Many users may be familiar with how to do this with Apple or Google Maps, but there is a built-in shortcut built into iOS For this feature.
In some cases, it may be faster to type the address you'd like to share with someone instead of dropping a pin from the Maps app, but Apple has a faster shortcut created directly in the QuickType keyboard suggestions from iOS.
How to share your current location quickly on your iPhone
- open the messages.
- When you're ready to share your current location, type "I'm at" and make sure you click the distance after "at."
- You will see the current location shown at the top of the keyboard.
- Click it to submit your location, and it may take some time to submit.
A pin with a quick link will be sent to get directions to your site, and you will not have to send any text with it, and you can let me share your current location quickly with you by asking "Where are you?"
