A new report suggests the arrival of a new color for the iPhone X in the near future
There may have been a lot of hype around the iPhone X when it was launched late last year, but there have been several reports in recent months that the new flagship phone did not achieve the sales the company was expecting. There are even reports that Apple has reduced the pace of its production due to lower demand. A new report claims that Apple is now planning to unveil a new iPhone X color in an attempt to boost sales.
The launch of new colors several months after the launch of the leading phones to restore sales momentum is a trick used by smart phone manufacturers for a long time, so we will not be surprised if Apple decides to do so also with the iPhone X phone.
The Japanese Macotakara report says Apple will release a new iPhone X color in the near future as it seeks to re-energize its current flagship phone. However, the report does not provide any details about the new color that iPhone X will receive. It only states that Apple is doing so "for the purpose of reviving iPhone X sales."
The report does not even mention when we can expect the arrival of this new color. This report is followed by another similar claim made several weeks ago suggesting that the Bluish Gold may be issued for the iPhone X. It is also believed that the red version of the iPhone X will arrive at some point in the future. It's not as if the iPhone X is unable to handle the new paint layer. This phone is available only in gray and silver, so it would be good to have this phone available to customers with more options.
