The LineageOS system provides support for a new range of smartphones
The developer and administrator team continuously adds as many phones and tablets as possible to become compatible and supported.
In December 2016, Cyanogen, one of the most famous developers of Android-based systems responsible for the development of Cyanogen OS, based on the open source Android version, officially announced the closure of all its services, but later announced that the CyanogenMod system, Cyanogen's Nightly Build will not stop, and a new system called LineageOS, which comes as a continuation of Syncogen Maud, has been launched.
By December 2017, the project officially supported 184 devices between smart phones and tablets, such as Nexus, Xperia Z5 Compact and LG K10.
Since then, several new devices have been added to the official operating system list, so that the operating system now officially supports the Sony Xperia Z5, Samsung Galaxy S6, the SM-G920F and the Samsung Galaxy S5 Sport model SM-G860P, Xiaomi Redmi 3S and Xiaomi Redmi 3X and ZTE Axon 7 Mini.
