New update for Android Messages to send SMS and MMS messages via PC

The Android Police site features a new feature on the Android Messaging application for sending SMS and MMS messages developed by Google for Android smartphones.

The new feature has been monitored by Android Police and is in the APK version 2.9 of the Android Messages application. This feature will enable users to send and receive SMS and MMS messages from their users' personal computers.

This will be similar to the application of chat and instant messaging "Whatsapp" for example, where access to this feature by scanning the code "QR" by the user's smartphone.
