Google is working on a home gaming device and a service to broadcast games, according to new rumors

According to a new report released today from The Information, Google's next adventure appears to be gaming-centric, where Google was absent. According to unnamed sources, Google seems to be working hard to develop its own gaming service called Yeti, or at least that is what Google is currently launching.

This service will come to the market with a home gaming device that will be part of the Made By Google lineup, but the Yeti gaming service will also work on Chromebooks. Yeti will not compete with Amazon's Twitch because Google's new service is not that kind of service.

The new Google service will broadcast the games to you over the Internet instead of asking you to download or buy a CD before you can play. The Yeti service will depend on the subscription system, but we still do not know how much the service will cost per month or annually. If Google succeeds, it will be able to find a foothold in the $ 109 billion video game market.

Yeti will use Google's impressive cloud infrastructure to broadcast games for you. Google has discussed with many gaming developers about the service, but at the moment it is not clear whether the service will come with exclusive games or whether it will broadcast current games.
